We offer seamless international shopping with fully transparent pricing. The price listed on each product includes every required duty and tax, ensuring no unexpected customs charges after your purchase.

USA & Canada
All duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, with orders shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable import charges are paid before your order is dispatched, so there are no unexpected duties or taxes to pay when your parcel arrives.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you’re not satisfied:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked service
- In-store purchases can only be returned for an exchange or store credit
- Sale items are considered final sale and can only be returned for exchange/store credit.
